Shipping & Returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship directly from our fulfillment warehouses located all over the United States. Orders are processed for shipment within one business days.  Transit times are 1-5 business days depending on the shipment method chosen.

If I change my mind can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation requests and changes to orders must be received within 12 hours after placing your order....NO exceptions. To change or cancel an order simply email support@modernwand.com.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners depending on location.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to make sure our customers love our beds but if you do need to return an order for any reason we’re happy to help. Simply email support@modernwand.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll send you a prepaid return label*. When the return is received we will issue a full refund.

* NOTE: For returns coming from outside of the United States, the buyer is responsible for handling their own return shipping. We will not send prepaid return labels for International Shipments.
